Lawrence Shoffner (Of Counsel)

Mr. Shoffner practices in the areas of commercial leasing, real estate related litigation, and provides assistance to Racine & Associates in public pension litigation. He is a past Chairman of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan; member of the Section’s Council since 2000; past Chairman of the Executive Committee on Commercial Leasing; former member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Publications and Website Advisory Committee; co-author of Michigan Lease Drafting and Landlord-Tenant Law and author of numerous articles on commercial leasing for the Michigan Real Property Review and Michigan Bar Journal; a frequent speaker on commercial lease enforcement; past Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education and a member of its Real Estate Advisory Board and member since 1998. Mr. Shoffner has been named a Super Lawyer since 2012 by Super Lawyer Magazine for his business and real estate litigation prowess.
